Officially 'Sugar Ray, You've Just Been Poisoned' — a bar that treats the cocktail menu as a set of experiments. Fat-washing, fermentation, unlikely Thai produce, and a lot of neon. The room is small, loud and generous, and the bartenders will happily build something off-menu if you tell them a flavour rather than a spirit.
