Perched on the 55th floor of Centara Grand above CentralWorld, Red Sky is defined by its enormous illuminated arch that glows crimson over the bar after dark. The circular terrace looks straight down the spine of Siam's shopping district toward the old city. There's a serious wine program and a French-leaning kitchen downstairs, but the move is simple: a glass of champagne at the rail as the arch shifts colors.
