The Bamboo Bar is where Bangkok's drinking history lives: rattan chairs, leopard-print banquettes, palms, and live jazz seven nights a week from touring vocalists. The cocktail programme is genuinely world-class, drawing on Thai ingredients and the hotel's own archives. Expensive, worth it, and utterly unrepeatable elsewhere.
