Above Eleven brought something new to Bangkok rooftops: a Nikkei (Peruvian-Japanese) menu served in a rooftop park designed like a maze of hedges and palm trees, 33 floors above Sukhumvit Soi 11. The pisco sours are excellent, the ceviche is the real deal, and the vibe is more garden party than velvet rope. Sunset is prime time — the tower blocks of Sukhumvit catch the last light beautifully. One of the few rooftops where the food rivals the view.
